In most cases a radial tire is going to be the best option. Definitely if you're on roads and highways all the time (most people are). However, a 205/65-10 trailer tire like the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire # AM1HP54 really only comes as bias ply. If that is the only option bias is perfectly fine. Personally, I hate the metal junction boxes that manufacturers use so I'd yank all of the wiring out of that one and switch to a junction box like # 3375601101. The separate posts will help you easily organize all your wiring and give you a more secure connection using ring terminals over the wire nuts the manufacturer used. This will also come with rubber plugs to help seal up the box and prevent water from getting in and corroding the wire.

We have the #42 Spindle # TRU57FR that you can weld to your trailer. It is a 2-1/4" round stub as we do not have any square stub spindles that are rated for over 2,500lbs per spindle.
With these spindles you can use the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly # AKIHUB-655-6-K since you do not need a braking hub. The hub is 6 on 5-1/2" as the 5 lug wheels are not strong enough for the 10,000lb capacity that you are needing.
